AbstractContract between Countess Vorontsova and Thorvaldsen. Thorvaldsen undertakes to make a group depicting Amor and Psyche, A27 and two sculptures depicting Bacchus, A2 and Ganymede, A41. The payment will be 1600 piastres, and for this sum Thorvaldsen must also finish two portrait busts, A302 and A304, already commissioned by the countess. |
