Comment on Flora Italica. When an Italian Flowery Meadow Visited Thorvaldsens Museum
The hay seems to have been found during a conservator’s inspection. The finding year 1999 fits well with the fact that the cast of The Belvedere Torso was included in the exhibition Around a Torso at Glyptoteket in 2001
