Comment on Echoes of Antiquity: Thorvaldsen’s Collections as a Reservoir of Motifs
Nanna Kronberg Frederiksen’s important exhibition Liberty, Equality, and Desire! at Thorvaldsen’s Museum (2015–17) included many otherwise censored objects as part of the exhibition’s exploration of Thorvaldsen’s philosophy of love.
