In point of fact, a brief description of the components and provenance of these interior sculptural declarations has been available since 1909 in the biography Life of Lord Norton, cf. Childe-Pemberton, op. cit., p. 22; but this source has nonetheless been lost to history in both the Danish and British contexts.
