Kommentar til The Impact of Italy on Danish Music
[Author’s note in the text] A recent CD-recording by the Copenhagen Boys’ Choir under its present conductor Ebbe Munk is devoted to the music of Palestrina and includes the Missa Papae Marcelli. The Kyrie movement, which was performed by Henrik Rung at the first concert of the Scandinavi an Singing Society on 27 April, 1852, was played from this recording to conclude the lecture.
