Comment on Transportation of Thorvaldsen's Artworks to Copenhagen 1828
Thorvaldsen was informed about the frigate, and the works that it was hoped to transport to Denmark, in the following letters:
- Letter dated 22.11.1826 from the Building Commission for Christiansborg Palace to Thorvaldsen.
- Letter dated 24.11.1826 from C. F. Hansen to Thorvaldsen.
- Letter dated 25.11.1826 from Christian (8.) Frederik to Thorvaldsen.
- Letter dated 25.11.1826 from Johan Gunder Adler to Hermann Ernst Freund.
- Letter dated 28.11.1826 from the Building Commission for the Church of Our Lady, Copenhagen to Thorvaldsen.
- Letter dated 16.1.1827 from Johan Gunder Adler to Thorvaldsen.
