I.e. the carving in marble of the busts of Christian (8.) Frederik, cf. A753, and his spouse Caroline Amalie, cf. A716. They had been modelled by Thorvaldsen during the royal couple’s stay in Rome in 1821 but were executed by Freund under Thorvaldsen’s supervision.
