Lund was right. When Thorvaldsen finally came to Copenhagen 1819-20, he received commissions for Christiansborg Palace, the Church of Our Lady, Copenhagen, the “Town Hall and Courthouse:/artikler/bestillingen-til-raad-og-domhuset, and for several portrait busts, see e.g. A192, A193, A194, A199, A859.
